Strategy Companion’s Analyzer platform is a self-service BI solution, accessible to all users, regardless of job titles or analytics knowledge. Users are even able to allow their clients, vendors, or suppliers to gain access to their data. In short, users will not need to rely on IT. Analyzer is a 100% web-based interface that works with all browsers: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Data can be migrated from multiple sources, such as Excel, Access, Oracle (SQL Server or My SQL) relational databases, Tabular, and Analysis multidimensional cubes. Users can navigate the platform by the drag-and-drop functionality, from combining data to building dashboards and reports to working with pivot tables.
Analyzer can be deployed in three different ways:
Analyzer Enterprise: Installed on the customer’s servers, this platform is encompasses what Strategy Companion calls Web 2.0 meets Business Intelligence 3.0. Reporting, analytics, and dashboards functionality are all included and allows for self-service BI. Other features include alerts & subscriptions, Geo mapping, performance management, collaboration, and ability to export to Excel, HTML, and CSV formats. Role-based security is supported, which means the customer can adjust who can have access to information and data.
Analyzer SaaS: Unlike the Enterprise platform which is restricted to the company’s employees, the SaaS solution allows for the company to share access of their information and data to their outside partners, vendors, and customers. There is the Multi-Tenant Architecture, which allow the company to host multiple end-users that each have their own data, users, reports, etc.
Analyzer Mobile: Analyzer is available on most mobile devices from iPads and iPhones to Androids to Blackberry to Windows phones. Users can access dashboards and reports and can even drill up or down or filter into the data. Role-based security also applies to the Mobile platform as well.

The Analyzer solution has various features, several that we've listed below. However, we want to point out that Strategy Companion has a unique data analysis feature that differentiates from traditional OLAP processes - the Recombinant BI.
The Recombinant BI gets its name from biology. Strategy Companion mentions that it takes the name from "Recombinant DNA" and "Genetic Recombination." Strategy Companion wants to give the users the ability to combine data as many times as they want to in order to get the answers they need. With traditional OLAP processes, the data structure is already built with pre-defined data from many different sources. But if users want to query new questions that require data that may not be available, hence requiring users to get the data or information from their IT department.

Implementation/Integration
Unlike traditional BI software that required purchase and installation of software and servers, Strategy Companion is a 100% browser-based interface. Therefore, there is less time for deployment and companies will not need to make expensive upfront purchases. Also, it can be deployed via Microsoft SharePoint. Strategy Companion is also scalable, meaning companies can have as many users access the platform as possible.
Customer Service & Support
Strategy Companion provides on-demand training and live online classes for both beginners and advanced users of the Analyzer platform. The online classes is 30 minutes long, and there are three sessions (introductory class, advanced classes, and updates). The on-demand training consists of over 160 short videos.

Shortcomings
